About Me

My name is Erin Meacham, and I am the Gifted Specialist for Homewood Middle School. I am very excited about this new transition as I previously taught Language Arts and Social Studies here at HMS. I am also the head coach for the 7th grade girl's basketball team and assistant coach for the 8th grade. 

I am a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College where I had the privilege of playing basketball while receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in both exceptional and elementary education, K-6.

I am currently at Samford University where I am working towards receiving Master's Degree in Gifted Education.
